Greensleeves Care provides premium 24-hour residential, dementia and nursing care in over 20 award-winning care homes across the UK. They aim to provide the best possible care in high-quality surroundings where the focus is on making every day special for each of their residents.
As we all well know, the care home industry has been hugely impacted by the effects of the pandemic. The majority of care homes have had severe restrictions on visitation, which not only impacted their residents being able to see their loved ones, but also greatly restricted the ability for family members of new potential residents to visit and view the care homes.
Greensleeves Care needed to find a solution which would enable them to showcase a selection of their care homes, the superlative care and residential facilities that each of them provides, in an engaging, easy-to-use digital format that could be viewed remotely.
Whilst Greensleeves Care does have a strong online presence, the team wanted a marketing piece that could showcase a particular home, that could be more targeted and more personal to their potential audiences. The pandemic meant they needed to find an innovative solution that could find its way into the homes of potential families, and which could be shared and viewed by all in an easy and non-intrusive manner.
Video provides such an engaging format to showcase Greensleeves Care homes and facilities to potential customers without them having to set foot on the property. Using video brochures as a means to deliver the video, potential customers and residents would be able to immediately get a sense of the offering and level of quality provided by Greensleeves Care.
Greensleeves Care chose our Hard Back Book Brochures with a 7.0 inch High Definition All Angle Viewing Screen. The 7.0-inch screen is one of our larger screens and provides the ideal format and size to display videos of this nature. The hard back book provides a more substantial and quality feel to emulate the quality of care provided by each of the homes. We provided four variations, one provided an overview of Greensleeves Care and the other three were individually designed to feature individual homes, to deliver the targeted approach that Greensleeves Care was looking for.
The campaign has already been successful with one new resident moving into the home as a direct result of the video brochure and several other enquiries generated. They have also received great feedback as to how engaging the video brochures have been.
